ASB - Assault Bike
CAL - Calorie; a measure of heat energy
CD - Cooldown
C&J - Clean and jerk 
C2 - Concept II rowing machine 
DL - Deadlift 
FS - Front squat

HSPU - Hand stand push up
HSQ - Hang squat clean
INJ - Injuries

RD - Round: a group of specified movements
Rep - Repetition : Executing a specific movement 1 time 
RM - Rep. maximum. (1RM is max for 1 rep;  10RM weight you can do 10 reps) 
SDHP - Sumo Deadlift High Pull
SET - A set # of reps. Ex., 3 sets of 10 reps (3x10) means do: 10 reps, rest, repeat 2 more times 
SQT - Squat 
SWOD - Skill-Workout of the Day 
TTB - Toes to bar
WOD - Workout of the day
WU - Warm Up: a series of movements to gradually increase in body temp, improve flexibility & prepare body for WOD
